Once Expertise is capped, it’s value goes from 3x down to zero. To Cap Expertise, you will need 91 Expertise Rating. 22.4 Expertise rounded up to 23 is needed to remove all chance to be dodged. You can reduce this down to 0% through stacking Expertise. The main source of damage reduction will be the 5.6% Dodge chance that Bosses have.
